The UP Law Center is a public institution established under Republic Act 3870, operating under the University of the Philippines College of Law in Diliman, Quezon City. It is mandated to raise the legal literacy level of Filipinos through continuing legal education, legal studies and research, and the publication and distribution of legal works. The Center operates several institutes and offices including the Institute for the Administration of Justice (IAJ), the Institute of Government and Law Reform (IGLR), the Institute of Human Rights (IHR), the Institute of International Legal Studies (IILS), the Institute for Maritime Affairs and Law of the Sea (IMLOS), the Office of the National Administrative Register (ONAR), and the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education (MCLE) Office. It is ISO 9001:2015 certified and maintains campuses in UP Diliman, Quezon City and UP BGC, Taguig City.
