Akagi Co., Ltd. has three factories in Gunma Prefecture and the Philippines, and manufactures and sells rubber products using rubber molding machines. In addition, as part of our international cooperation and contribution, we have adopted a technical intern training system for foreigners implemented by the government, and we accept technical intern trainees from the Philippines factory to the Gunma Plant. By acquiring skills and providing positions where they can make use of their skills at the Philippines factory after returning to Japan, we are leading to the improvement of the technology and quality level of the Philippines factory.
