Description of Operation/Process: FSCI is a pioneer manufacturer of Flexible Printed Circuits (FPC). It started with back-end manufacturing in 1996 then added front-end (circuit-making and Plating) for single- sided FPC in 1997. In 2005 & 2007, Flip-Chip & Surface Mount Assembly FPC was established.
